Ranks

2. Orders or guidelines set by superior officers must be followed regardless of whether or not the officer is of the same branch as you. However, members of a different branch may not issue promotions or issue punishments above a level four (4) misdemeanor.
3. Each branch (Army, Navy, and Marines) must have one, and only one Division Leader. The Division Leader is to be the highest ranking member of that branch.
4. At any time, a Division Leader may step down from his/her position and choose a new officer to replace them. In this case, the chosen officer is promoted to the same rank as the former Division Leader.

1. The Admiralty Board (Also referred to as the Council) is composed of any officers at the rank of Senpai, Ambassador, or Advisor, in addition to the Leaders of each branch.

4. Every member of the Admiralty Board counts as one, and only one vote (excluding advisors).
5. In the event that a vote is a tie, an issue can be voted on a second time before it is brought to Executive Order. Issues may only be brought to Executive Order if two (2) attempts at voting fail.
6. Issues brought to Executive Order are decided by the Head Senpai alone. The Head Senpai's decision is absolute and the issue may not be voted on again unless a new development changes it.
